Europasinfonie launches international composition competition, supporting European composers

On 18 June 2027, Europasinfonie will offer audiences a new form of collaboration beyond the traditional concert hall. In a unique project, twelve symphony orchestras and choirs from across Europe will be brought together to form a single ensemble connected in real time. Pannon Series, Müpa Budapest 2024/2025 subscription renewal and purchase of new subscriptions from 22 March

3 May int the Glass Hall of Müpa! We welcome everyone to the five Friday evenings of our new concert season "Secret" in the capital! We are very pleased to share the news that subscriptions can be renewed from 22 March to 31 May, and anyone who wants to buy a new subscription for the Pannon Series can do so until the first concert, 27 September. Our family-friendly programme carries on, and we continue to provide free admission for 6-18-year-olds. More »

Pannon Philharmonic launches concert series in the Musikverein in Vienna

As of 2021, our orchestra was invited to take to the stage of the Viennese Musikverein within the decades-long Meister der Musik Series. PFZ is the only Hungarian orchestra, under the baton of former chief conductor Tibor Bogányi, that has been explicitly invited to launch a series in this highly prestigious concert hall. After the European Capital of Culture and the Hungarian capital, the orchestra was ready to take on the capital of music as well. In the SECRET Season 24/25 the Pannon Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Gergely Kesselyák Chief Conductor, and Tibor Bogányi First Permanent Guest Conductor, is going to Vienna to perform famous pieces by Beethoven, Bruckner, Schubert, Brahms, and Liszt featuring pianist, Tom Borrow. Pannon Philharmonic playing in Istanbul and Ankara

On 21 and 22 January, the Day of Hungarian Culture, the Pannon Philharmonic is opening the Hungarian-Turkish Cultural Season in Istanbul and Ankara. The musicians of the orchestra will be playing works by the composers Béla Bartók and the Turkish Ahmet Adnan Saygun, as well as Zoltán Kodály on the stages of the two prestigious concert halls under the baton of their newly appointed chief conductor, Gergely Kesselyák.
