The Pannon Philharmonic helps instrumental and vocal students spread their wings and take off in many ways. The Grand Hall of the Kodály Centre is like a safe nest for music students entering the main stage for the first time and university students ready to start their careers. Through the cooperation between the University of Pécs and the Pannon Philharmonic, instrumental students in the Faculty of Arts participate in orchestral work throughout the academic year and receive credits for it. The orchestra supports the staging of voice students' exam performances.

At the Voice Department performance of the Faculty of Arts at PTE, the audience can get to know Pécs's young talents every academic year. The performance takes place within the Pannon Philharmonic's talent support programme, in cooperation with the University of Pécs, with support from the orchestra management.
