As an ambassador of quality, the city of Pécs' orchestra, the Pannon Philharmonic, recognised both nationally and internationally, awaits Pécs residents with a special concert. The members of the orchestra - who are not only deeply immersed in the cultural life of the region, but often also the masters and instructors of the future generation of musicians – will take to the stage this afternoon alongside young talents who can already boast significant national and international achievements.

The show is as diverse as the festival itself: the thread of orchestral works is "woven" around dance and entertainment. The solo instrument and orchestra repertoire, performed with young soloists, offers rarities we seldom hear. Moreover, some pieces received orchestral accompaniment specifically for the Learning City Festival.

We welcome all music lovers!
