Just as the laws of nature can be observed in our environment at every turn, so are they present in music. Proportions, repetitions, variations and rhythms give music a natural quality, making us consider it as part of our ancient environment, just like forests and meadows.

Composers have been inspired by nature countless times, now music also serves a new role in drawing our attention to the protection of nature and our environment.

How can sustainability be achieved in music? We demonstrate that listening to live music is environmentally friendly and that classical music can be performed using instruments other than the ones traditionally used before.
