Always on the lookout for novelty - even in their classic New Year’s concert program - the Pannon Philharmonic has prepared the year’s most prestigious social event for Pécs locals and citizens alike for over a decade. On these exceptional nights, we greet the new year in the Kodaly Center’s elegant, flower decorated halls to the tune of the traditional Strauss piece and other surprising new program additions. Toast with a well-deserved champagne prepared for the intermission, and if you have supported the ensemble as a Box ticket holder, stay for the exlusive standing reception as the guest of the orchestra. You can vote for your favourites during the New Year’s concert and during the private event, we will announce the audience’s choice for best female and male musician.
