The Pannon Philharmonic Orchestra is managed mainly according to the principles of project management. Each concert is regarded as a project that is carried out systematically from planning to evaluation. The high standards are guaranteed by the director, Zsolt Horváth, who is a musician and an economist at the same time. He represents both artistic and financial interests and tries to find a balance so that quality work and artistic standards are guaranteed.
The management team works at Vasváry-House in Király Street. The music secretary is the HR officer, who keeps in touch with the artists and guest artists and cooperates with the music director and the director in making rehearsal schedules. The programme manager is responsible for the concerts from technical matters and granting procedures to financial controlling. The communication manager has to establish successful, intensive and interactive communication between the orchestra and its environment, since we need to be seen as well as heard. She is responsible for planning and fulfilling the orchestra's marketing plans, campaigns and PR.
Administrators and technicians support the management and the orchestra. The financial director ensures that grants and other financial sources are used properly, economically and legally.
